Local Missions & Outreach Opportunities
Calvary Chapel Lexington is actively involved in supporting various local ministries and outreaches in Lexington and Columbia in addition to our Weekly Food Pantry and Skate Park. Below is a complete list with details on how to get involved. They are listed in order for calendar dates, ie Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual:

The Calvary Chapel Food Pantry provides food assistance and Thrift Store vouchers to those in need in our community. We feed approximately 100 families per month in the Lexington area.

The Calvary Chapel Thrift Store is a fundraising ministry of U-Turn for Christ. It also serves those in need in our community through clothing vouchers received from the Food Pantry. We receive material donations from the church congregation as well as the community at large. To schedule a donation pick up or get further details about the store call 803-808-0513.

Every Spring and Fall | We partner with a gas station by lowering and pumping the gas for people in our community, while handing out church information and bottled water.

U.S. & INTERNATIONAL MISSIONS
Calvary Chapel Lexington is actively involved in supporting our sister churches located in Costa Rica and Trinidad. In addition, we also support full-time missionaries in different parts of the world. Each year we travel to a city in the US and overseas to share the gospel with the lost and disciple those who are found. Our goal is to partner with anther church in the area and we will go and engage in reciprocal ministries.

As needed | Engaging in relief trips due to natural disasters. Trips are based on disasters and availability. Currently a trips is being planned to Whiteville, NC June 16 – 21, 2019. There is a 10-person cap. We are taking sign ups now and accepting up to 5 alternates should there be a cancellation.
